Library of Spiritual Journies
What a privilege and distinct joy it is to read and listen to the spiritual journies experienced by many on their way to becoming a Christian. They do say and the Bible certainly confirms to us, that there are many ways to the cross of the Lord Jesus Christ but only one way to God. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes to the Father but by me."
This section of the CET web site is dedicated to sharing many of the stories of those who have come to a living faith in the Lord Jesus, reflecting the tremendous power of the gospel to meet people at the point of their need. You will be amazed to find the level of diversity in the background of those whose testimonies are located here on this site.
Culturally, economically, educationally, linguisticly, religiously, racially diverse and yet in a marvelous way the gospel has made its impact for good and for eternity upon their lives. Paul the apostle said, "I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation to all who believe." Our prayer would be that you to would discover the power of that gospel in your own life.
Some of those whose faith journies are included here, have had a deep "Demascus Road" experience while others found Christ as Lord and Saviour through being taught in Sunday School. While their journies are varied and in some cases complicated by life`s challenges, inevitably they all ended at the cross and found the same Saviour who provided the salvation for their sin.
This is the hope that we have and long to share, that the God of creation has become the saviour of the world and that in Jesus Christ you to can experience his perfect gift of love made real in your life. Over the next few months we hope to have about 100 faith stories to share and who knows maybe one day in the future you may well be sharing yours.
